Unless otherwise indicated, all content at SoCal Nature Kids is copyrighted by law. If you see SoCal Nature Kids content being used on other sites or social media accounts, please report it by contacting me.

If you have a web site or social media account and would like to reshare SoCal Nature Kids content to your own web site or social media…

You may:

  • share one image and/or one paragraph along with a citation/credit and direct link back to SoCal Nature Kids. For example, in a round-up of fun Southern California locations, you could include one of my photos along with something like “Kelly from SoCal Nature Kids shared about their visit to Griffith Park. Read more about it here!” with a direct link to the SoCal Nature Kids post about Griffith Park. On Instagram or other social media, this could be accomplished with a prominent mention or tag in the caption to @SoCalNatureKids (not simply buried in the midst of many hashtags or tagged in the post only).

  • use built-in social media tools to reshare SoCal Nature Kids content, like sharing a SoCalNatureKids Instagram post to your InstaStories, or creating a Pinterest pin that links back to SoCalNatureKids.com

  • share a direct link to a SoCal Nature Kids web page, blog post, or Instagram post, for example: “Here’s more info about visiting the La Jolla Tide Pools!” or “I learned from this post on SoCal Nature Kids.” (I’d be so honored if you reshared and directed people back here!)

You may not:

  • share more than one image or more than one paragraph from SoCal Nature Kids without prior permission.

  • use any video from SoCal Nature Kids web site or social media accounts without prior permission

  • impersonate SoCal Nature Kids

  • share any password-protected or purchase-protected content (for example, files available through the SoCal Nature Kids family science curriculum available for sale).

  • use any SoCal Nature Kids content for your own commercial use.
